There once was a Spencer Ockwell by the name of man (1986 - ?). Artist, Filmmaker, Animator, Writer he was and is. Cal Arts educated, graduated in Two Thousand Nine. New Projects - currently developing. In Production - Directing & Co-Producing a Documentary.
